The 2011 Tulsa Gathering -- Friday, April 15 - Monday April 18

Application Directions:

2. Print out and complete the application.
3. Please include a check or money order with your application for the voluntary recommended donation of $30.00, do not mail cash. Make checks payable to "Planned Parenthood Educational Dept." and write "Two Spirit Retreat Donation" in the memo line. Please click HERE for further instructions on how to fill out your checks. Please notify Corey Taber if you plan to register after March 30.

Please Note:

• All registered attendees must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian.
• Financial Gifts (donations) to the Tulsa Two Spirit Society are non-refundable.
• The Tulsa Two Spirit Society requests that each attendee donate $30 to cover expenses.
• Applicants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the campsite.
• Applications that are incomplete or do not have a signature will not be accepted.
• Neither the Tulsa Two Spirit Society nor The Two Spirit Society of Denver are responsible for lost or misdirected applications.
• The Tulsa Two Spirit Gathering is a drug and alcohol free event. Persons found with or under the influence of such substances may be asked to leave.
• Weapons are not permitted at the Tulsa Gathering. Please do not bring them.
• Donations sent along with applications will be logged and forwarded to Planned Parenthood.
• If you wish us to be able to email you information regarding the Gathering (Maps, directions, etc.) you must include a valid email address on your application.
