To provide support and guidance to our youths regarding sexual orientation and how it is viewed within the Polynesian culture.

To provide awareness to the GLBT, Polynesian and greater community on issues regarding the prejudices and difficulties GLBT Polynesians face and to propose potential solutions.

To provide education regarding the various Polynesian cultures and the difficulties of assimilation into the United States society without losing their heritage.

To offer a referral service to Polynesians to help them address problems they face as recent immigrants to the United States.

To share our culture with the greater community through traditional songs and dance.

The Red Circle Project (RCP) at AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA) is currently the only HIV prevention program in Los Angeles County that specifically targets Native American Gay Men (known by the culturally specific term as Two-Spirit individuals).

Portland Two Spirit Society is a social group for LGBTQI Native American/Alaska Natives and their families and allies to come together and share, connect, reclaim and restore culture, community and the traditional roles of Two Spirit people.

NE2SS.org is devoted to providing information about and for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered and two-spirit American Indians of New York City and the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).According to the 2000 US Census, more than any other city in the country New York City is the home to the largest urban Indian population. The North East Two-Spirit Society (NE2SS) works to increase the visibility of the two-spirit community and to provide social, traditional and recreational opportunities that are culturally appropriate to the two-spirit community of NYC and the surrounding tri-state area. At the heart of the efforts by NE2SS is community development for all our peoples.
